Inspired by your story, created with intention

Let‘s create together

A painting inspired by “Quiet Comfort”, combining the symbolism of candles with an animal you feel a strong and meaningful connection to.

Together, we‘ll craft a piece that feels deeply personal and fills your home with warmth and light.

Now accepting a very limited amount of commissions for the holidays. Only 3 spots available.

Reserve your commission

Personalized paintings offer a deep connection, layered with symbolism specifically meaningful to you. This will be a one-of-a-kind piece created uniquely for you.

What does the process look like?

Select size and orientation

I offer commissions in a variety of sizes. That being said, this time I will only create commissions in a small or medium size. (Example sizes are listed below)

Additionally, you can choose whether your artwork should be vertical, horizontal, or square.

Share your inspiration

The paintings will be inspired by “Quiet Comfort”.
Choose an animal that has a special meaning for you, whether that is because it’s a symbol, or a story, or even a pet that is dear to you, as long as you feel a strong connection to it, it’s the right choice.

We will collaborate in this area, but if you have any specific colors or tones you would like me to include, let me know!

You can share a color palette you love, a painting of mine that is your favorite, a poem or song you love, or anything else that inspires you.

Questions to consider

Here are a few questions to think about if you need some guidance:

  • What emotion do you want this artwork to welcome into your home? How do you want to feel when you walk in and see it?
  • Are there other motifs you would like to be included in the piece? (A specific type of candle, symbols, flowers, …)
  • What pieces of mine speak to you the most?
  • Do you have any personal reference imagery you would like me to draw upon for abstract interpretations?
  • Is there a moment, experience, or loved-one you would like to honor through this painting?

What‘s included?

Your original piece will arrive with a certificate of authenticity and a personalized letter. In addition, you will receive any sketches or experiments connected to your painting.

Final Details

I pay close attention to the details & desires you share with me in advance of the creative process. I will share photos with you and keep you updated through the whole process.

Because I retain a lot of creative control over the artwork, let’s talk about what happens if you do not want your commission after it is complete. This is extremely rare, but in case it happens: If we decide to part ways once the painting is finished, the deposit you paid will be turned into a studio credit, which you can use for anything that is available on my website.
I will most likely sell the painting in an upcoming collection and will retain all rights to the artwork.

If you have any questions leave a message below and I will answer as soon as I can!
